Carorders and reservation can be made online (by completing the driver/customer’s form), by phone or e-mail. The car will only be reserved upon the receipt of the Rentee’s written confirmation (by e-mail) or payment.
A person wishing to hire a car shall present his/her passport, valid driving licence permitting to drive the selected vehicle, and a valid credit card.
A person wishing to drive the hired carmust be at least 20 years old, hold a valid driving license meeting international requirements, and possess at least two years of practical driving experience.
The shortest car hire period is 24 hours. Cars are rented 24/7.
The colour of the car may differ from the colours shown on the website. The model may differ from the models shown on the website; however, it mustbe of the same or higher car class and possess the same car characteristics (number of seats, number of doors, air conditioning system, gearbox).
Payments by VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER and AMERICAN EXPRESS payment cardor via PAYPAL payment system are accepted. No additional charges (card fees, payment fees) are charged to the Client. Other payment options are also available (wire transfer, cash) if agreed in advance with the Renter. A Client’s card is authorized for a security deposit (an amount equal to the franchise amount is frozen) duringtransfer of the car to the Client. The amount of the security deposit (franchise) depends on the selected car and is announced on the website. VISA and MASTERCARD payment cards are accepted for authorization. If the Rentee has returned the car later than defined in the rental contract, he/she shall pay for the additional period of hire. The Rentee shall notify the Renter in advance on the return of the car at a later time than defined in the contract.
Besides the Rentee, other persons holding the Rentee’s consent and complying with the main terms and conditions of the rental contract may drive the hired car.
Delivery charge in Vilnius city is 50 EUR.
The car shall be returned at the time and place defined in the contract. Return at other time/place shall be agreed in advance with the Renter.
The amount of unconditional deductible (franchise) to be covered by the Renteedepends on the selected car regardless of whether the damage to the car, its accessories or equipment has resulted from the Rentee’s personal fault or not. The car has been insured against theft; however, the Rentee’s liability is unlimited in case he/she fails to return the car keys and/or documents. In case of failure to return the keys and/or documents, the Rentee shall remunerate for the resulting damage in full. If the Rentee has lost the car keys or documents, vehicle registration plate or has caused irreparable damage to a tyre, he/she shall pay the fee (fine) of 150 EUR. The Rentee may be released from the liability for damage compensation (except for deliberate damage or damage caused by gross negligence), if the Rentee has purchased the service of additional SUPER insurance for an additional fee.
Any types of insurance shall be ineffective and the liability shall amount to the full price of the car:
- ifa drunk, drug-impaired driver was driving the hired car during the traffic accident;
- if a third person (not holding the Rentee’s consent, not complying with the requirements under the contract) was driving the hired car during the traffic accident;
- if the car was used for other than intended purposes, at sports competitions, for committing anoffence.
The Renter shall:
- transfer the completely prepared car with all standardand/or additionally rented accessories and full fuel tank to the Rentee at the agreed place and time;
- inspect the car within 24 hours upon its return and notify the Rentee on the inspection results by e-mail/phone within 24 hours in case any defects are detected or at the Rentee’s request.
Order can be cancelled at least 24 hours before the starting time of the ordered service.
The Rentee shall notify the Renter on cancellation of the order by e-mail.
In case of order cancellation, half of the order amount is refunded to the Rentee, if the order amount is greater than 100 EUR.
