1.1. How I can to make a reservation?
Car orders and reservation can be made online (by completing the driver/customer’s form), by phone or e-mail. The car will only be reserved upon the receipt of the Rentee’s written confirmation (by e-mail) or payment.
1.2. Can I choose a specific make and model of car after making my reservation?
The colour of the car may differ from the colours shown on the website. The model may differ from the models shown on the website; however, it must be of the same or higher car class and possess the same car characteristics (number of seats, number of doors, air conditioning system, and gearbox).
1.3. Can I add order additional inventory?
Yes, you can to rent vehicles together with optional accessories (namely roof baggage holds,GPS navigation, child seat).
1.4. What payment methods are accepted or not accepted?
Payments by VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER and AMERICAN EXPRESS payment card or via PAYPAL payment system are accepted. Other payment options are also available (wire transfer, cash) if agreed in advance with the Renter. A Client’s card is authorized for a security deposit (an amount equal to the franchise amount is frozen) during transfer of the car to the Client.
1.5. Additional fees
No additional charges (card fees, payment fees) are charged to the Client.
1.6. What deposit would I have to leave?
The amount of the security deposit (franchise) depends on the selected car and is announced on the website. VISA and MASTERCARD payment cards are accepted for authorization. If the Rentee has returned the car later than defined in the rental contract, he/she shall pay for the additional period of hire. The Rentee shall notify the Renter in advance on the return of the car at a later time than defined in the contract. With our Super cover you will not need to leave a deposit and no need to worry about additional liability.
1.7. What is Super Cover?
In order to reduce yours liability to 0 € we offer to get Super cover. Also if you choose the additional cover, you will not need to leave any deposits when you pick up your car hire. Super cover price depends on type of car and period of hire/rent. In case of an accident when the renter is the liable person or in another case of the car damage when there is no liable person, in cases where glass and tires of the car are damaged, the renter compensates unconditional franchise/liability amount which is not covered by the insurance company. Super Cover does not cover the damages caused due to violation of the rental terms and agreement. If police is not called in case of any car damage, in absence of police statement about the event, the insurance will not be valid.
1.8. Does the vehicle come with fuel?
All cars are rented with full fuel tank and it should be returned with fuel tank also. If you return car with not fuel tank, then you should pay for missing fuel and 10 Eur fullfilling fee.
2.1. What if I want to cancel my reservation?
Order can be cancelled at least 24 hours before the starting time of the ordered service.
2.2. What is the charge to cancel a reservation?
The Rentee shall notify the Renter on cancellation of the order by e-mail. In case of order cancellation, half of the order amount is refunded to the Rentee, if the order amount is greater than 100 EUR
